BETHEL, OH — Greater Cincinnati’s best-kept secret in education just celebrated a major milestone. Grant Career Center marked its 50th Anniversary on April 16, 2026, with a special evening honoring the people, partnerships, and purpose that have defined the school for five decades.
The celebration brought together alumni, former staff, board members, community partners, and current students for a night filled with connection, reflection, and pride. The evening began with a private reception recognizing retirees and former employees, followed by a community open house featuring dinner, campus tours, and a “photo walk” through Grant’s history.

From its founding in 1976, Grant Career Center has served students from four partner districts in southern Clermont County, growing into a thriving campus that now serves more than 500 students annually. While programs and facilities have evolved, one thing has remained constant—a commitment to putting students first.
That commitment was on full display throughout the evening, as guests explored hands-on labs, connected with instructors, and saw firsthand how career technical education continues to open doors for students. A highlight of the night was the Commitment to Career Tech ceremony, where incoming students officially signed on to begin their journey at Grant, symbolizing the next generation of “Grant Nation.”

The celebration also showcased the future of the campus, including recently completed, state-of-the-art expansions in Metal Fabrication and Allied Health Sciences. These modern learning spaces reflect Grant’s continued investment in preparing students for high-demand careers and meeting workforce needs across the region.
As the evening reflected on five decades of impact, the message was clear—Grant Career Center’s success has always been rooted in people. Generations of educators, leaders, and community partners have shaped a culture centered on opportunity, hands-on learning, and doing what is best for students. That legacy continues to guide the school today as it looks ahead to the next 50 years.
“Grant Career Center exists today because of your dedication and belief in what this place could be,” said Mike Parry. “The success we see today is not the work of one generation—we stand on the shoulders of giants. It is the result of 50 years of leadership, service, and commitment.”
In addition to celebrating its history, Grant also opened its growing digital photo archive, inviting alumni and community members to revisit memories and contribute to preserving the school’s legacy for future generations.
With a strong foundation, continued community support, and a clear mission—Choose to be Great—Grant Career Center is poised to continue transforming lives for decades to come.
One Mission. One Community. Choose to be Great.
