Grant Career Center proudly welcomed staff from Southern Hills Career Technical Center for a dynamic and engaging in-service day centered on innovation, collaboration, and the future of education.
The day brought together educators and leaders from both districts, creating a powerful opportunity to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and focus on what matters most—preparing students for success in a rapidly evolving world.
The in-service featured keynote speaker Dr. Wendy Fogle-Hanasky, who led an inspiring and thought-provoking session on artificial intelligence and its growing impact on education. Her message challenged staff to think differently about instruction, engagement, and the role technology will play in shaping tomorrow’s workforce. Superintendents Mike Parry (Grant Career Center) and Kevin Kratzer (Southern Hills Career Technical Center) both shared remarks highlighting the importance of collaboration between career technical institutions.
